A Prudent Banker working currently as the CEO of Kamana Sewa Bikash Bank Ltd., my prior leadership roles were as COO and CBO at Prabhu Bank Limited. My career bridges financial prudence with progressive innovation, underpinned by a diverse academic background—Chartered Accountancy, Master’s in Business Studies, LLB, and an M.Sc. in IT (Data Analytics), where I graduated top of my cohort.

As a banker, I have successfully led turnarounds from challenging situations, delivering strong outcomes through results orientation, returns maximization, and fostering stable as well as sustainable growth. Alongside, I have driven initiatives in banking automation, MIS development, system design, and process digitization, ensuring efficiency and resilience. My current focus includes leveraging emerging technologies, including AI, to responsibly enhance customer experience and employee productivity.

Beyond banking, I founded www.tathyanka.org, a data visualization platform that simplifies complex information into actionable insights. I believe the future of banking rests on the right balance of prudence, innovation, and customer-centricity.
